| I have used hearing aids for years, have used about ever kind. Back of the ear are most conferrable, but if your outside and it is windy you wont hear a thing, wind noise is really bad. The ones I have now are in the ear and fairly small, ReSound is brand. They have a extra attachment which is blue tooth thing and can send sound directly to the aids from whatever you connect it to like T V, Radio, computer, phone, and more. best I have used. Some of the higher priced ones were the worst. Make sure you get a free trial before buying.
