If Mexico buys all their corn from Argentina and Brazil where are their traditional customers going to get their corn when they are displaced by Mexico? They don't produce that much corn to fill everyone's needs. Or, Argentina exports all its corn and runs short so they need American corn until their new crop is harvested. You get the point, the world needs American corn.
