ECIL | I don't know about steaks, but I've grilled and frozen chicken breasts, pork chops, pork loins and tenderloins, hamburger patties, and pork patties. Other items such as sloppy joe meat and taco meat, and browned ground beef I've prepared have ended up in the freezer for a month or two, all without any loss in taste. The chicken usually ends up a little tougher but not enough to make it undesirable. | |
