Sorry not sorry for the guys who spent every dollar during the good times on new equipment and land thinking the spigot would never turn off and now are in a bind.
Had one crying to me a couple months ago about how much money he lost last year and he was one of the ones running around jacking up everyone's rent trying to steal land. Hello?
