Let's see that oat party started with October. Rain, rain more RAINNNN topped off with 3 snow events in the northern Canadian area's. It was said no combines rolled for a FULL month. There was a Canadian gentlemen giving tips on harvesting in the snow.

Could it be the reason that Canada has been general quiet on wheat exports since the get go ?
US spring wheat is and HAS been by far the highest priced wheat in the world, yet we're export it ?
