my dad died 3 months ago. he had everything listed to transferred on death except an old pickup. we four kids are going to be able to get through this death without any hard feelings. the stocks, annuities, car, life insurance, house, land, bank accounts were all set to paid on death by his wishes. we did not have any need for a lawyer or any other legal expense. every one happy.
