Young guys should be chasing a down
payment to cash flow.
Trick is to make the payments and survive.
I've seen big guys suck away a lot of $$$
to try and survive.
Young your compounding future land and inflation.
Cheaper pays for later but caught side ways later
on could be a bind. Hole crop insurance deal
changed the game.
Soooooo when is the policy change and bad
things to happen.
Still got to pay those notes even as the vrap storm
appears.
