The older generation in my family calls land principle a forced savings account, which would agree with coup's post.
Totally agree with that, if I wouldn't have started buying ground in the early 90's I would have wasted it all which adds up to quite a bit in 25 years. Still can waste quite a bit some days but I can't live as cheap as coup can, I have my bad habits! John Deere salesman has to eat too. |
