| I agree with both posters, but I haven't had the guts to sell new crop yet. What's holding me back is, historically, it's not wise to sell new crop beans in January and February. My worry is that 2017 could be incredibly volatile up or down and now might be the time to lock something in. However, we could be locking in significant losses if we raise a normal yielding crop. To me the demand picture is just so crazy. In other words, your guess is as good as mine. Fortune often favors the bold, or makes you a fool. | |
