ND | My late father thought it was better to lease a half ton pickup on a 2 yr lease than shell out $ for a cash deal. Although it bit him when dinging the tailgate as dealer charged him for a new tailgate at 1500 apiece on one truck, somehow they cannot fix dented in tailgates?? And in his later days the lease went back & his health was failing but then my mother had passed away & her car was gone & now He did not lease again & was out of a vehicle so the farm had a extra older pickup luckily a nice one but not 4WD. Not sure leases are so good-you never get to be an owner & in this case you should be owning something because you still need to drive a bit. He was always short on miles so He basically paid too much. | |
