This is what I did to solve low voltage but it might help your situation anyway. I was having trouble right at startup with my planter. I just wired a toggle switch to my monitor so I can wait until the tractor is running and the voltage is stable before I turn my monitor on.
+1 we had the same issue in a newer versatile... just plugged the monitor in after we started the tractor.
