Northwest kansas | I might look into a lexar/lumax ez, and I agree with others, NOW is the optimal time. K State extension almost wants a fall application of atrazine. I would not use a Starane NXT product as it can severely hurt stand. I might look at a narrower spacing of milo, to get coverage earlier. Might look at the dreaded but sometimes necessary gramoxone/paraquat. Don't let it get out of the ground. I would also use another atrazine pass right after planting.
