20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | When do you spread your P and K dry?
I use AMS and spread it in the spring ahead of corn. I work mine in with Urea and other dry nutrients, but with AMS I wouldn't be worried about working it in.
Another option would be to apply ATS 2x2 with your planter if you chose that route.
Remember to add a value to the N if you use AMS or ATS.
You'd need 125# of AMS to get your desired 30# of Sulfate sulfur

I forgot to mention Gypsum if your soils could utilize that also.
