NEND | I'm currently lying on the couch with my foot elevated, recouping from surgery where they cut my Achilles' tendon, scraped off the bone spur, and re-attached the tendon. I would highly suggest getting a podiatrist to do an X-ray on your foot. If you can do something to prevent surgery, they will tell you. I spent a bunch of time last year going to PT to try and take care of it, but mine was too far advanced to take care of any other way than with surgery. | |
