Subject: Electric ??

SC North Dakota

Purchased a "Kill a Watt" Shows voltage of 122.5 on one outlet. Same circuit 4 feet away shows 123.5 volts. When I turn on microwave voltage drops to 115.5. Is this normal? replaced breaker on this circuit a month ago because it keep tripping. Was thinking voltage should remain constant. Your thoughts?
