| Everybody is spot on. However, if yours is the big opening like mine, be careful how you lift yourself up from sitting or kneeling when you go back at it. I accidently laid my hand flat with my second one as I got up from working on the ground. I split the invasion open and it took 2x as long to heal.
When you push yourself up from working on the ground, make a fist and push on that. You'll be better off for it.
I have permanent nerve damage also from waiting too long. I'll be holding something then mysteriously it falls to the ground. Frustrating. Surgeon said the hand 'forgets' you are holding onto it. | |
