North Central Montana | Pain levels are very low today. I have not taken any Advil since last night.
A few years ago I slipped on the ice and sprained my elbow. I can tell you, that pain was much much worse than the pain I have now. In comparison, that was pain level 9.8, this is 1.5. Pretty much sitting still it doesn't bother much at all. The pain comes when I am trying to do things with my hands.
The surgeons orders were to do whatever I can, but if it hurts, don't do it for a while.
I used the Press n seal that Russ recommended and it works very well. Thanks Russ!
The -30 outside helps the healing process at this point because I don't want to go outside anyway.
