WC MN | I might be wrong but I want to say it was hightower that had a chart of wet spring rallies and there was rarely more than a 20 cent pump during planting. Again I could be wrong on this but I recall the info. Im guessing it would have to be reflected in the June 30th report before traders would be able to get on board with an acreage issue. Is there any history of a substantial amount of reduction in acres of corn planted solely due to a wet spring? I'm talking in the millions of acres.
Hopefully someone has some data to credit or discredit what I'm thinking. | |
