Back to the piles these piles were put there under DP- Delaying pricing contracts or PL - Price later contracts. The elevators have NO CHOICE they can not put grain in temporary piles/bags whatever unless they have title to it.
Thus is not accurate. Our coop puts millions of bushels on the ground in temporary bunkers and they do not offer DP. It's storage or sell. The coop will actually empty bins and elevators 1st now and will start moving temp piles in spring |
