| Down to 237.2, lost 1.8 this week.
Weather here has been cold but its warm in the shop.
Will be away next week so may not find a scale I"m happy with but should be back the week after but may be a day late and we
will see how it ends up.
I went back to page 19 as well and found I was 245 pounds a year ago. Well I'm better than I was. Sure hard to keep the drive going to keep
the weight off like it was.
Food tastes so "GOOD" :)
