Oklahoma | Do you think the USDA report is going to come in with dramatically lower numbers of acres than the traders guesses? It would really surprise me to see a significant diversion between USDA numbers and marketing numbers. The market guesses are just so far off from the situation on the ground I don't see how they can be reconciled. There is no way the will be a 15% difference between the two. Not to mention continued garbage prices only incentivize further grazing, haying and destroy to plant summer crop acres. If there isn't a significant rally then the acres could drop even more. | |
