NWPA | Oh what's it hurt to try. But for real give the soda pop up. That stuff causes more Heath problems then anything but cigs if our country. Maybe even more then cigs. So I have up pop like 4 yrs ago. It kinda bothered my stomach one day and I was like what the heck am I doing. So I quit drinking it. Lost 25 lbs in 6 months. Went from230 to 205. Now I am 6 4 so at 230 I wasn't that big but wow did my knees feel better. I would recommend 3 beers a day over 3 pops. | |
