i got a quote for 100k crop LOC and 500k cattle LOC for 4.25, land is 500k minimum 20 year term 5 year variable at 4.25, machinery at 3.6, another local bank no farm credit.
was a customer for 7 years at a bank on the north side of the county, never missed a pmt and they jumped op loans a full point to 5.8, 5.0 for machinery and land was 4.75.
how do my interest rates compare?
