southern MN		Brazil and Russia and others would be happy as well. Thry could fund thier new roads and infrastructure and raise more crops.

Governments like adequate to surplus food supplies.

Farmers like to grow big crops.

Individually we will not win trying to underproduce.

Farms would need to be the size of multinational corporations before they have enough control to do such a thing.

We are probably headed there......
