I have had PC Mars for 16 years now. So you say dump the check book and just write the check out of PC Mars, how would that work when I am buying cattle in the salebarn 100 miles from home.
What I do is write and print the vast majority of checks through Quickbooks. In then have the older carbon copy or ledger check books in each vehicle. Each vehicle is its own number sequence of 25. When I need to write a check that doesn't go through the computer, I just enter it when I get home, or when I balance the checkbook if I forgot. |
