Daughter has a few barn cats running around. When its warm they pretty much fend for themselves for water, we have a creek that runs thru the yard. But, its turning cold now and would like to get a heated water bowl to put in the barn. I don't want to spend big bucks but want one that will last and has a thermostat as to not heat when it is above freezing. Other solutions are welcome too.
Buy a plastic bowl, wet paws freeze to metal bowls in very cold weather. I have two from the local TSC that have been trouble free for 10 years. |
