When running any business is an 'inconvenience' to the proprietor then that business is worthless to the customer. That business will continue to be worthless so long as there is a positive cash flow that satisfies the proprietor. I am completely bumfuzzled by the number of businesses around here that turn a profit in spite of their own poor management. I agree!! We had a nice local store that would do anything for a customer but sadly they had to shut down too many big chains 10 minutes away. I sure miss walking in and knowing people by name and even knowing their family members and they knowing me and mine!! I am amazed how some places don't care at all and just keep going but the next place cares too much maybe and struggles. |
