All the responses here are what reputation calves are all about. If a feeder buys calves from a rancher he knows and trusts to get them vaccinated and gets them home and the calves never miss a beat and makes money with them, wouldn't it make sense to buy those calves every year, no matter what they cost? Our calves get 3 rounds of shots and are weaned at least 3 months before they go to town.
That's the kind of calves Carlsoncl bought from the reacher in Montana it sounds like. I bet he buys them again next year. |
