| What is going on up in Oshkosh? That is my part of the country.
If you have time when you are in Oshkosh there is a small cheese factory about a half an hour west of Oshkosh on 21. They have fresh curds every day but Sunday I believe. If you have never eaten warm fresh curds, you need to once in your life. The factory is called Willow Creek cheese factory and is just east of the intersection of highway 21 and 49.
If you need a little wine to go along with that cheese, our winery is 20 miles west of Oshkosh on highway E just north of Ripon.
