just more of a comment rather on the psychology of the livestock guy. when things are good, kinda sell stuff, well, when ever . when things get a little slimmer, at least I know I do, spend a lot more time trying to get that last dollar, and just about anything is reason to follow up on.
on a similar note I kinda got my butt handed to me yesterday by one of the guys I custom feed for.
topped a barn 3 weeks ago, they were about 7lbs light, so I told the scheduler guy that I wanted to wait about 10-14 days for the next load, so sent out a load last Thursday, they ended up 20 lbs over. ouch!!!!
