What is unfortunate with the gmo stuff is how it plays out; as a fad that folks who react without understanding the issues. In the end it will crush out the small time family farms faster than if it wasn't a fad. And in part, those following the crowd to non-gmo think they are supporting small family farms.
That is the sad thing of all this.
I'm for customers getting what they want.
But what they want, what they ask for, what they believe, and what is available is all so very, very far removed from the truth...... That it is painful to watch the reality of what will happen.
