Embarrass WI | I'm not dairying any more, and when I was I never used BST, simply because I figured it wasn't profitable enough. BUT, after it was out a couple years and there was some consumer backlash, many of the processors went to their producers and had them sign a certificate that they were not using it. I heard rumors that not every one who signed did it truthfully. With no test for verification, who's to know?
I eat yogurt, and my preferred brand has always been Dannon. I may have to re-think that. | |
