Infant digestion is different. It does not apply. There's nothing wrong with milk. But if you are dehydrated, the fats and other components "usually" slow the absorption. As the old timers would say a glass of milk "sticks to the ribs". That is because it is slower to absorb. It is much the same as the old sayings about eating Chinese food and being hungry again in an hour.
