I have gotten cramps sometimes. I have used Icy Hot Balm/ Cream, and I think it has helped. If you have not tried it, maybe get some and see if it helps.
When I get cramps, I also sometimes get up and try to walk it off. Eventually that works for me as well.
How to stop/AVOID UPPER INNER thigh leg cramps?
