Ours looks similar to 4930's picture, but instead of strapping to the bottom of the scale deck, ours has heavy strap iron bolted to the side so you can strap the tote down. I have also seen one made out of a couple of I-beams and they used old nose decking out of a cattle pot as their deck platform, stout and no flex in it with four full totes on.
