east central ND | Where is the line geographically where this program quits? Have asked multiple times at the local NRCS and USDA office about the equip program or others for cover crops. I have some highly erodible I wanted to try it on. The local government offices say it is not available in my area of east central ND. I did drill some barley on some sand knobs after a rain in the middle of soy harvest. Got about 4" or 5" tall. Might help, but I suppose was a lot quicker than doing a bunch of paperwork. How much do they pay on these programs? | |
