Subject: RE: Field Boundaries

Illinois Heartland
Running FMX with RTK in all our equipment. Over the years, dad has multiple AB lines in all the fields with several different pieces of equipment that he's traded. I've got to go through several in the list when I pull in to the field and I lose quite a bit of time looking for the right one. I'm wanting to clean everything up and start over again with new AB lines. I'm digging taking the tractor out this winter and doing it before planting time and getting everything ready. Could someone explain the process a little better for me? Guess where I'm a little confused is can I create an imaginary implement the width of the dual wheels (say 12' for example) to set the AB lines with? Then pull in to the field and set "A" with a tire on the property line, then drive down to the other end and set "B"? When it comes to planting time, can I pull up the same AB line with a 30' implement for example and will it adjust?
