Its really easy just like this:
PAYMENTS:
On demand, but if no demand is made then interest on the amount of credit outstanding due at maturity and principal due on 12-5-2017.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
I agree that this note has a demand feature.
SECURITY:
a Security agreement dated 12-5-2016 & any other existing & subsequent security instruments.
