Not sure exactly what you think or are saying but if you are saying the total average of the moisture is just above 13% and you think by building a single bin you are going to achieve that you are kidding yourself. Now we are the exception with having many, many bins. We can dump wet beans in one bin in the morning, put the 13% beans in another bin at noon, and then in the afternoon we can blend the early cut beans with the afternoon dry beans and put these in the bin with the 13% beans.
Hauling out beans now and you will never get perfect 13% loads. It just doesn't happen. If you want to build a bin - go ahead, but don't think it is all a win, win. As a big load of 15% moisture can sure ruin a lot of beans Fast.
