Anderson County Kansas
You can start in the morning when they are 14.5 and finish in the evening when they are 11.5 and not get any shrink. They layer in the bin and mix coming out. Run the fans enough to cool them and you are good. We have more trucks then we need for beans, something else I do is cut a load or two when the are 15 or so after a rain. When we are cutting and they are 11 I will dump a wet load in. Cut some more dry ones and dump the other wet load in. This is going into 48 and 60 foot bins, so one load is only a few inches deep in the bin.
