East Palestine, Ohio (Columbiana Co.) | Wondering what you guys would consider feasible wheat acres to cut with 1 machine given the unpredictable/unforgiving weather we have "here" in NEOH. Between the neighbor and I, we're considering 500 plus. Do you guys think it's doable? 300 almost did us in this year, but, some lessons learned, and mechanical problems fixed, along with wheat futures has increased our acreage consideration.
We are cutting with a 9600 JD & 930 head. Have 2 semis and grain cart along with some bins and dryer to dump into.
