I like the idea of using an auger stuck over the road/shoulder, with wagons feeding it from the field... keeps the cart off the road and most importantly keeps the mud off the road. If you have them, place traffic cones in front and behind the truck when loading, leave them there when the truck is gone to draw attention to the auger over hanging the road.
