Elevator said they will only do an HTA contract for 5k at a time. So, I guess if I do sell some I would just have to take the cash price for next Oct. That makes the decision much harder. I think summer basis will get into the low 50's, but you never know
My grain buyer "split" the HTA with a neighbor once
As it turned out I would have made more if I had had a crystal ball and took the whole 5000 myself
