| Bought a grill a few years ago and paid for the extended warranty. Grill got blown over in a storm and they said they would repair. Service guy came out in a couple of weeks. Ordered the parts. Gave me a receipt for parts ordered, it was twice the price of the grill (not including labor). I asked if they could just bring out another grill and said that parts had to equal 3x the original cost before they would do a general replacement. Because that makes sense.... But within another 10 or so days, he came out and took it apart and replaced everything. | |
