Depending on how angry you are it's pretty easy to file small claims court AND the advantage is that they will have to send somebody to present their side, costing them more than the service call. Or you could get lucky and get a judgement against them which could result in owning part of Sears. Some time back a corporation was sued in small claims and they didn't show up. The judge awarded some amount to the plaintiff who had no success in collecting. So he went back to court and got a judgement for one of their buildings. I don't recall all the details but sufficient to say he came out pretty good on the deal.
