Yeah, if it was my house, I think I'd want that 65-70 years of recirculating dust and debris cleaned out of there. You may be able to find a local business that does it more economically than a big chain. We had a local outfit do ours after a major remodel....our house was 37 yrs old at the time, only time it's been done, but I'm glad we did.
