The ones that are tack welded on the tank always seem to rust underneath the tag. Tank will be perfect everywhere else and pitted under the tag. Guess that just means we didn't paint them often enough!
Just my rant for today!
I never saw one riveted on, but there are drive rivets available. McMaster Carr website has them in plated or stainless steel in many sizes. Listed under screw nails.
