And the age they were bot at newer combines and 4 wheel drives dep faster than front wheels assists and other row crop tractors. Older items dep slower than newer items if they are well maintained. Building added to a nice farmstead in a good location can add to the overall value of that farmstead and dep very slowly if at all.
