Good going on your pound lost Dutch. Sorry to hear about your gout flare up. It can be very bad. My dad had it and there was a little hole on the side of his foot/bunion and gout crystals would actually come out of it. My arthritis is actually called Pseudogicoout, where the calcium crystals can affect certain joints. Hopefully your medicine will make you feel better real soon. Have a good week.
