Woke up with gout yesterday. Dr changed my medicine up and we both thought I'd try going without taking the Allipurinol back in June. Well, I'm back on it now! It worked for 3 months or so. Thought my blood pressure medicine was causing my gout and I still think it is. Don't think I ate anything specific to bring it on either as I have in the past when it would flare up.

Did go to the antique tractor show in Lubbock yesterday with lots of walking. Yeah, that didn't help the gout any!
